Change of Address
When you need to inform the Academy of a change of address you will now be required to provide proof of the change in the form of an original recent utility bill, credit card statement, Council tax bill, Council rent book, Council tenancy agreement, mortgage statement.

To ensure our database is always up to date please let us know of any change to contact details (eg main parent contact, telephone/mobile number and email as soon as possible. Parents can either send in a note with amended details by email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your son/daughter's name and form in the subject title and your amended details in the body text.
To enable us to communicate with you via email it is also important that we have your main email address on our database. If you change your email address please email us at email@example.com stating your son/daughter's name and form group and head the subject box 'change of email'.
